From the top of the range of label printing to 3D production
Finlogic SpA, a continuously growing label production company, after the acquisition of System Code at the end of July and the FSC certification for labels from responsible forest management in August, is now betting everything on Viscom Italia to show the best digital printing solutions.
Innovative protagonists are the new OKI Pro 1050, 5-color for white printing, and the smallest laser printer in the world: the DTM CX86e.
The Laser Led Oki Pro 1050, with a useful printing area of 127mm, allows the printing of white as an additional color to CMYK, guaranteeing low printing costs, a speed of 9mt / min, and opening digital printing to new opportunities in the sector. oenological, cosmetic, and chemical. Finlogic will also be present at the OKI booth as the official distributor, to present the widest range of laser printing media.
The new CX86e by DTM instead will be presented in the national preview. It’s the smallest and cheapest color laser printer in the world, producing vouchers, coupons, receipts, photo ID labels, visitor badges, price and promotion tags, ring ribbons or carton and box labels – all in seconds and high-quality color.
As a label manufacturer, Finlogic has the widest range of inkjet and laser web printing materials. They will all be available at the stand and it will be possible to request a sample to carry out the print tests with your own printer.
Since the beginning of 2019, thanks to the introduction of the new Domino printer into production, Finlogic is able to supply digitally printed labels in a short time, even for small productions. “Combining the digital production of small and medium quantities with the distribution of digital printers was a choice to pursue our mission as a global supplier and respond to the growing market demand of users who need to print small quantities of color labels on-demand, an activity that is now indispensable to minimize costs and waste of labels, and to maximize flexibility in responding to market needs. ” Says Dino Natale, Chief Executive Officer of the Finlogic SpA Group
The Digital Division also includes 3D Printing with Smart Lab Industrie 3D, which one year after joining the Group, at Viscom will propose as its main focus the digital industrial production chain 4.0 through the new technologies it distributes on the national market: from 3D production to 3D color printing.
Each visitor will have the opportunity to be accompanied towards technological innovation through the presentation of:
- new pantographs dedicated to multimaterial three-dimensional processing (forex, plexiglass, metals, wood, etc.);
- a new line of UV led Flatbed plotters dedicated to direct printing on any support with large print areas;
- new 3D printer Industria 45, the first serial 3D production system, without any limit of size and repeatability in series, capable of producing 3D printed objects with different types of materials (backlit, heat resistant, mechanically resistant, etc.), without fear of quantity and completely stand-alone H24 7/7.
It will therefore be a unique opportunity to experience first-hand the real applicability of the exclusively distributed technologies and above all of the 3D printing in the graphic arts, also thanks to the important case studies and samples dedicated to the visual that will be exhibited.
