From the top of the range of label printing to 3D production
With a growing digital division, Finlogic has seen a boom in visitors to its booth, attracted by the main digital printing solutions, increasingly present in graphic and manufacturing companies.
The absolute novelty in the labeling sector was the white printing on reels with the new 5-color OKI Pro 1050 Laser LED printer. The OKI Pro 1050, with a usable print area of 127mm and a speed of 9mt / min, allows white printing as an additional color to CMYK, ensuring low printing costs and offering new opportunities in oenological, cosmetic, and chemical sectors, as well as the graphic arts sector.
From the parent company DTM, the main novelty was the new CX86e which, presented in national preview, is the smallest and cheapest color laser printer in the world, to produce tickets, vouchers, coupons, receipts, photo ID tags, visitor badges, price and promotion tags, ring ribbons or labels for cartons and boxes, all in seconds and in high-quality color. Important is the arrival on the market of the new DTM FX810e, a 210mm wide thermal transfer printer for finishes in gold, silver, and other metallic colors.
The wide range of printing materials in inkjet and laser reels, and the supply of digital cutting and finishing systems such as the Virgo 140 and 220, certainly make Finlogic the complete and ideal partner in the supply of digital solutions for the production of labels.
Undisputed success for the 3D Printing solutions proposed by the sister company Smart Lab Industrie 3D, which only at the fair closed three negotiations for three complete Industry 3D printing solutions 45 plus four-color UV printing system.
What puts Smart Lab’s proposal a step above is the main focus towards the digital industrial production chain 4.0, through the new technologies that it distributes on the national market: from production 3D to 3D color printing.
During the fair were presented:
- the new 3D Industry 45 printer, the first serial 3D production system, without any limit of size and repeatability in series, capable of producing objects in 3D printing with different types of materials (backlit, heat resistant, mechanically resistant, etc.), without fear of quantity and all completely stand-alone H24 7/7;
- new pantographs dedicated to three-dimensional multi-material processing (forex, plexiglass, metals, wood, etc.);
- a new line of UV led Flatbed plotters dedicated to direct four-color printing, on any support with large print areas.
It is important to remember that in addition to being the direct and main distributor of the best brands of digital printers, Finlogic is a manufacturer of printed labels and neutrals, in flexo or digital, to best meet all the labeling needs of its customers and resellers.
