SPECIALIZED IN LABEL PRODUCTION
The production of self-adhesive labels is the core business of the Finlogic Group. Thanks to a dense network of production facilities in Italy and Spain , the Group has a widespread and highly specialized structure capable of guaranteeing speed, production continuity, and high quality standards.
Continuous investments in machinery, automation and advanced printing technologies, including Offset, UV Flexo and laser die-cutting systems , allow us to combine high production capacity with precision, print quality and design flexibility.
The experience gained in the production of labels, combined with in-depth knowledge of materials and constant Research and Development activity, allows the Finlogic Group to create premium labels for every industrial sector.
Each solution is designed based on product characteristics, application support, usage conditions, and the technical and regulatory requirements of the target market. From large-scale production to more complex and customized processes, Finlogic Group supports companies in developing reliable, high-performance labels that meet their specific application needs.
HISTORY
Founded in 1993 as a label manufacturer, the company immediately developed innovative solutions for coding and automatic identification using barcodes and RFID technology. Finlogic Srl was founded in 2003, specializing in automatic identification and labeling systems. From 2008 to 2017, the Group experienced strong growth, from the Packaging Oscar (won in 2008) to its entry into the Italian Stock Exchange's "Elite" project (2012), and finally its listing on AIM Italia on June 9, 2017 (now Euronext Growth Milan). Since 2016, it has embarked on a structured M&A journey, acquiring strategic companies for external growth, achieving significant market shares in the AIDC sector in Italy and Spain. Effective June 20, 2023, the entire share capital is held by the sole shareholder Argo SpA, and Finlogic shares are delisted from Euronext Growth Milan, marking a new phase of development for the Group.

LABELS AND SUSTAINABILITY
Achieved the FSC® Chain of Custody Certification, an international, independent, third-party certification, specific for the forestry sector and wood products derived from forests. Choice of products that come from responsible forest management as an act of environmental protection that is increasingly necessary for our future and that of future generations. Collaboration with the largest national and international paper mills, such as the Fedrigoni Group, Avery Dennison and UPM Raflatac, which are placing ever greater attention on the development and production of sustainable printing materials.
THE PATH ESG AND CERTIFICATIONS
For the Finlogic Group , sustainability means concrete actions along the entire production chain. We work with FSC® certified paper and, since 2023, we have been implementing a structured process to reduce CO₂ emissions and achieve carbon neutrality within four years.
The Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA) plant is powered entirely by energy from photovoltaic panels : here we produce labels with clean energy, saving approximately 400.000 kWh each year . This is complemented by the use of compostable, biodegradable, and wash-off materials , for labels designed to be increasingly sustainable, from the choice of paper to the end-of-life management of the packaging.

Product environmental label that allows you to declare the content of recycled material (or by-products), expressed as a percentage, within a material, semi-finished or finished product, of any type and belonging to any file (obtained from the subsidiary STAF).
