SINLGE TAG ST-EX P and S Single Tag Printer
The SINGLE TAG ST-EX is built on a latest-generation TOSHIBA TEC engine with a 12-dot/mm (305 dpi) Near Edge printhead, delivering high performance in terms of quality, print quality, and speed. The SINGLE TAG ST-EX is suitable for both the textile (product information tags and information cards) and pharmaceutical (instructions for use) sectors. It is also capable of programming HF (ticketing, registration, and anti-counterfeiting) and UHF (ticketing or logistics) RFID tags. Compact and versatile, the SINGLE TAG ST-EX is available in two options.

SINGLE TAG ST-EX P with pneumatic power supply
The printer requires a compressor connection with a minimum pressure of 4 bar. The Pick & Place system uses suction cups, a pneumatic feeder, and a vertically positioned tag loading hopper with top-feed (for a continuous cycle without machine downtime). It is equipped with a proximity sensor to release the suction during tag placement or during idle phases.
SINGLE TAG ST-EX S with roller feeder
In this case, the tag is picked up using an electric roller system that separates the tag from the bottom. The tag loading hopper is also vertical and fed from above (for a continuous cycle without machine downtime). A roller device separates the tag from the bottom; at the end of the print run or when the feeder is empty, the device pauses automatically.
