Transfer tapes thermal (TTR)
They are the professional solution for printing labels, barcodes, and variable data. Unlike direct thermal printing (which fades over time), TTR printing uses a ribbon to transfer the ink to the substrate, creating a permanent and durable image.
The ribbon film, as it slides, also protects the printhead from direct abrasion by the label, reducing wear and significantly extending the life of the printer. Choosing the right ribbon is essential for successful application.

The Formulations for Every Need
The choice of ribbon determines the durability of the print and the materials it can be printed on. Our range is divided into three categories:
Wax Ribbon: The most economical choice. Ideal for paper (vellum and coated) and general short-term applications such as logistics and retail.
Wax-Resin Ribbon: The most versatile hybrid solution. It offers excellent scratch resistance and can print on both coated paper and many synthetic materials (PP, PE).
Resin Ribbons: For extreme applications. Essential for printing on synthetic substrates (PET, PVC, Polyamide) and ensuring maximum resistance to scratches, solvents, chemicals, and high temperatures.
Inking IN or OUT for each model
Thermal transfer ribbons also differ in the side on which the ink is coated, a choice that depends exclusively on the printer model.
INK OUT (Ink Outside): The ink is on the outside of the roll. This is the standard for most printers (e.g., Zebra, Sato, Honeywell, TSC).
INK IN (Internal Inking): The ink is inside the roll. Used by specific other brands (e.g., some Toshiba TEC printers).
