Certifications and sustainability
In recent years, Finlogic SpA has paid significant and constant attention to ESG objectives, achieving important certifications and preparing a sustainability report.
Our certifications:
We adopt a management system compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 since the early 2000s and certified by a third party since 2004, Certification which attests the quality of the company (VIEW);
With the aim of improving the health and safety conditions of workers in the company, starting from 2017 it has integrated the quality management system with a Health and Safety management system in the workplace compliant first with BH OHSAS 18001 and then with ISO 45001:2023 (VIEW);
In 2022 we achieved the UNI PdR 125:2022 Certification that attests to gender equality and an inclusive work environment without discrimination (VIEW)
UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 (VIEW) Environmental management certification: Finlogic has always been attentive and sensitive to the environmental impacts of its production processes: in the Acquaviva delle Fonti plant (Bari), all labels are produced with green energy derived from photovoltaic panels.
UNI EN ISO 22000: 2018 (ISO 22000 certified) – Since June 2023, we have achieved ISO 22000 certification for safety management systems in the agri-food sector. We have developed a separate production area entirely dedicated to the production of MOCA labels for direct and indirect food contact.
UNI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 (ISO 27001 certified) from December 2024. It is the standard that certifies the Information Security Management System, Information technologies, security techniques and requirements, to ensure the selection of adequate and proportionate security controls.
Since June 2026, Finlogic Group has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal , placing it among the top 15% of companies assessed globally. EcoVadis is one of the leading international systems for assessing corporate performance in sustainability, ethics, human rights, labor practices, and responsible sourcing. This recognition confirms the Group's path toward increasingly sustainable and responsible growth, strengthening its ESG commitment across its entire supply chain.

Labelling and Marking of Packaging (FINLOGIC_Legislative Decree 116-2020_Packaging Marking (2025)) according to Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 regarding the management of packaging waste
FSC® Certification (FSC RINA_Certificate 2024) achieved by Finlogic is a Chain of Custody Certification. Products with the FSC® certification are independently certified to guarantee that the printing materials come from responsibly managed forests. This certification is a globally recognized symbol of protection, allowing us to play an active role in the proper management of natural resources and to guarantee our customers the origin of raw materials.
Finlogic SpA has implemented its FSC® management system since 2019, certified by Rina Services SpA, applying it both to the Bollate (MI) and Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA) sites, for two product groups: adhesive labels and paper.
